Problems using ZroNet

It could be that you are flouting one of the ZroNet rules. ZroNet does not work on: • Rooted devices • Devices which actively use parallel space • Registering more than two numbers on one device

If you are experiencing this, it is likely an issue with your phone’s connection to the internet.
Always be sure to be using the latest version of the ZroNet app. Once, you are certain of this, and the issue persists, double check (and even triple check) that your phone has an active internet connection with a strong signal. Try loading a webpage to make sure.
Also, make sure your phone’s storage is free of junk and is running freely.

Make sure you update the latest version of the app on Google Play Store.

Kindly check if your device is rooted. ZroNet does not work on rooted devices. If you want to find out if your mobile device is rooted, download root checker from google play store.

Be sure to have stable network connectivity. ZroNet works best on 4G. Also, ensure you have no background apps running.

Be sure to have the latest version of the app by uninstalling the older version and downloading the newer version.

This is because the ZroNet app is currently just available for Android phones

Always be sure to be using the latest version of the ZroNet app. Once, you are certain of this, and the issue persists, double check (and even triple check) that your phone has an active internet connection with a strong signal. Try loading a webpage to make sure. It should be an issue with your network provider, after doing the above and problem continues, call the customer service for help.

If you can’t connect to ZroNet, this is usually caused by a problem with your Internet connection or your phone’s settings.
Most connection issues can be resolved by doing the following:
• Restart your phone or turn it off and on.
• Turning your internet off and on from the notification panel.
• Update ZroNet to the latest version available on the Google Playstore.
Contact your mobile provider and make sure your APN settings are configured correctly

This is mainly an issue with your local network provider. Some of the local network providers have system such that, once you are on zero balance you are taken off the internet portal. Hence with these networks you may need to have some data balance to be able to browse for free.

Once you flout any of the ZroNet rules three times, you would be indefinitely suspended.

Some mobile web browsers, like Opera Mini, and mobile internet settings that enhance speed and efficiency of content delivery may remove original URLs and therefore not allow ZroNet service to function as designed. ZroNet may not be able to determine if you are using a proxy, as such, data usage that flows through a proxy may be deducted from your data plan. ZroNet recommends you use Android Chrome browser to guarantee your data plan is not impacted and you have the best user experience
